We will invest in basketball schools throughout Emek Hefer, recognizing them as the foundation of the club’s long-term success.
We will promote teamwork, responsibility, excellence, and competitiveness, while always upholding sportsmanship.
Our players will develop strong individual skills, with an emphasis on shooting, one-on-one play, and athletic development.
The club will invest in the personal and professional growth of its coaches and build one of Israel’s leading youth departments — developing players who go on to compete in the country’s top leagues and represent Israel on its national teams.
Our Vision
Our Story
Hapoel Emek Hefer is one of the largest basketball clubs in Israel’s Sharon region. With nearly 1,000 players, 37 teams across all age groups, and four branches throughout the valley — Kfar Vitkin, Givat Haim, Bat Hefer, and Kedem — the club has become a true home for basketball across the region.
The journey begins in our Basketball Schools, where children are introduced to the game and learn its fundamentals. From there, players advance to our league teams, youth department, and elite development programs — the Academy and the Residence, operated in partnership with Ramot Yam School and Mevo’ot Yam Youth Village. It's a single, unbroken path that follows every player from their first steps to the competitive stage.
That investment continues to pay off. In recent years, the club has celebrated major team achievements, while its alumni have gone on to compete at the highest levels of basketball in Israel and around the world.
